| Since the functional properties of foods have been focused on, the health benefits of various foods have been revealed. By focusing on the components contained in foods, our research aims not only to propose foods that are good for health, but also to clarify the compounds that show these positive effects, and furthermore to elucidate why they show these positive effects by analyzing gene and protein expression levels. In particular, our research will focus on intestinal immunity and immune cell differentiation. |
